April Showers and Springtime Green

The Bend has finally started acting like spring after a random frost we had last week. Seeing as though it's the last day in April, the rainy weather is fitting.

In four weeks from now, all the wedding craziness will be over. And even happier, Walter will be moving to the Bend for real. No more driving to Kzoo and back again. Life for us will exist in the Bend until further notice.

I picked up my wedding dress on Friday and it's the best. I don't even feel dressed up in it because it's so comfortable. Plus it makes me look taller for some reason. Don't worry. There'll be pictures posted in less than 4 weeks now. :)

Since I'm an implanted Hoosier now, I've decided it's perfectly acceptable to be a tourist in Michigan. Honeymoon plans tentatively include a winery tour, long drives in Leelanau county, and beachy activities. Plus a lot of relaxation. I'm ready for a vacation...

Walter finally graduated from Western!! No more undergrad for him. WOO HOO!
